[Asterisk-Dev] T.38 pass-through / T.38 support

Maybe you had an old firmware...? I have no problems with t.38 in a
non-asterisk environment... for the asterisk environment I use their
(worldaccxx) VBD protocol and haven't had any trouble.

We tried a WorldACCXX before the Azatel and had 100% failure rate.
WorldAccxx told us that the device's T38 was still experimental and that it
only worked in 1 direction and not the other.
