Hello,

Your telco isn't allow to pass RDNIS too, but works with
divertingLegInformation2 notification well. Could you change switchtype to
"qsig" and verify divertingLegInformation2 support by your telco?

the telco doesn't allow RDNIS to be set. they want me to send a Call Deflect and
then have their switch set the correct flags in the PRI setup
