Uhm, what happens if the request gets lost and is retransmitted?

(I.E. ser is a proxy. assume you collect CDR on ACK from your gateway. 
assume that ACK gets lost before it gets to the phone. gateway resends the 
packet - you see a dupe ACK. Bad. )
