[Asterisk-Dev] __builtin_expect in libpri:copy_string.c busts build

I just attempted to build Asterisk on an older machine here, gcc v2.95.3

I get an error about __builtin-expect in copy_string.c.

Tried compiling without -Werror but then I just got an error later on 
when I tried to start Asterisk.

Fix (for me, prolly not the correct one!!) was to copy the macro I found 
in compiler.h in the Asterisk tree over to copy_string.c in libpri.
