It would be helpful for those of us with significant code contributions
to know what the status is for some of these GPL and copyright
violations. For example, the SysMaster code is long known to be
infringing, yet there's been no information back from Digium as to
what they are actually doing about it. Even a "we're currently in
negotiations" or "they have not yet purchased a business license
to the code" would be better than nothing.
As it stands, we're left wondering if we should file lawsuits
independently of Digium for these copyright violations.
