[Asterisk-Dev] video conferencing

Hi all,

I've decided to take a stab at the video conferencing bounty. I've used
asterisk a bit but only recently looked at the code. I've jumped
headfirst into the code have been pouring through it for the past couple
days. Just a few questions:

1.Who else is working on video in asterisk?

2.Where does channel/frame mixing occur (eg in app_meetme/3-way calling)

3.What does the ast_smoother bits do?

4.Is there a website with API documentation?
