Zaptel 1.0.9 added support for a number of Digium TDM cards. Not X100P
clones. What you see is probably an onboard modem and the card is either
damaged or not well-connected.

Furthermore, this is a -users issue that does not belong in the
developers list, which is what I probably should have mentionedin my
original reply. Sorry for the noise.
