[Asterisk-Dev] BOUNTY: Backport setvar= in sip.conf from -HEAD to 1.0.x stable

I am announcing a USD$100 bounty for a backport of the setvar= feature 
in sip.conf from CVS-HEAD to 1.0.7 or 1.0.8.

The patch must be in Unified Diff format.
The patch must be received/tested/accepted by me on or before July 8.
The patch must work.
Additional US$25 will be paid for a completed patch on or before Jul 4.

Payment will be made via paypal or check (your choice).
