Web based forums are EEEEEVILLLLL

there is something in mozilla called filters that will help you send 
mails to their appropriate location (for instance, a folder in the 
mailbox)...
see "Tools" -> "Message Filters..."
also, note the "Junk Mail Controls..." option below, you may have a use 
for it ;D
