[Asterisk-Dev] asterisk doesnt start...HELP!!!!!(SCREAM)

You should ask this question in -users.

try installing speex from www.speex.org , make clean asterisk, make make
install.
Probably you installed a soft phone with speex support, but asterisk
doesnt like the way its installed or the version or so.
