For users, wouldn't that be a -user question.

Also I doubt it would be a good thing for users as the zaptel drivers
are updated more often that the kernel is released. If the drivers had
stabilized to the point an update didn't come more often than once a
month or two, then it might be worth seeing if it could be incorporated.
