The patch requested in http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-ASTCC+Expiration+Bounty has been posted to
bugs.digium.com.

This patch implements expired card checking and updates the database when a calling card is
first used.  Optionally, it can set the expiration date for the card X days into the future
when the card is used for the first time.
