[Asterisk-Dev] Features requests on bugs.digium.com

I think that's probably a really good idea.  I think that there are some 
budding coders out there who could use some small help to cut their 
teeth with. 

I'd also like to see more nights with beer in them.  Never underestimate 
the power of a brew when bugs appear.
