[Asterisk-Dev] Asterisk Compilation using ARM GCC

Hi,

We are trying to build Asterisk using ARM GCC cross compiler. We get 
into problems while building libedit.a. Can anyone tell me the 
significance of libedit.a and how to bypass it.
