For $65 or so you can get a Grandstream Budgetone 101.  For some time 
those phones have come with ringtones featuring none other than 
Asterisk's Allison Smith, speaking the CallerID in her inimitable diction.

 From what I can gather reading the back-and-forth, that ringtone does 
exactly what you all are looking for.
