[Asterisk-Dev] h323 and oh323 codec support

Does the H.323 support (either the old channel or the new channel) use 
the codecs in Asterisk or the OpenH323 codecs?  This isn't clear from 
the documentation for either channel driver.

Eg, if someone has a licensed G.729 codec from Digium installed in 
Asterisk, will asterisk-oh323 not use it unless they have G.729 compiled 
into the OpenH323 libraries as well?
