[Asterisk-Dev] TE410P init problem

I've got a couple of DL140 servers (HP, dual Xeon, 3.3v).  Each has a 
TE410P and identical operating system, modules, etc.  In one of the 
servers, the TE410P works fine.  In the other, when I load the wct4xxp 
module, I get the errors below.  I've seen similar stuff in the -users 
list, without any clear answers. 

Is this a driver issue, a server issue, or a faulty card perhaps?
