I am currently working on a medical transcription system based on asterisk.  
This is to replace an aging Lanier system at a hospital.  It is not very far 
along, and I am unable to spend full-time on it, but the client is paying way 
too much for mantenance and wants to switch over as soon as possible.

I plan to release it as GPL if the client consents.
