[Asterisk-Dev] Coding Standard for Asterisk?

Hello--

I've googled, looked thru the svn HEAD source dirs, and can't find the
Asterisk Coding Standards. I can intuit them from other sources, but for
the sake of smooth submissions, it'd be nice to have a checklist of
standards.

It'd even be nicer to have a pretty printer that would format the code
to standard automatically...

I thought the doc existed, am I just not seeing it?
