Alright.. I'm picking to create distro-specific init files that will be 
contained in zaptel/contrib/init.d, same as w/ Asterisk. I'll 
create/maintain the Debian and RedHat derivative scripts. I may also 
modify the zaptel Makefile at a later date to allow you to to do "make 
config" (same as Asterisk).
