[Asterisk-Dev] Warnings to users of svn/asterisk/trunk

If they are going away then it would be good to update the existing
1.2 (with soon to be 1.2.1) documentation.

ie, "show application setcallerid" does not say anything to the effect
that it has been replaced...and by what.
