After chatting with Mark about this last night, we'll need to continue 
this discussion with SteveK to see exactly how he's using a single 
translator path for multiple conference participants, and what happens 
when those participants need to receive a different audio mix (because 
they just became the talker). It's not clear to us how that can work, 
and I haven't got the time to read all the code :-)
