[Asterisk-Dev] Not for 1.2, was SIP RTP JitterBuffer in Asterisk- now aimed for 1.3 dev

I for one am really looking forward to the 1.2 upgrade for real time
stuff.... however jitter buffer is also a big thing... but I would be
fine with a patch if it went that route.
