[Asterisk-Dev] tos values ignored in cvs-head current

just patched my cvs-head with your patches for both sip and iax, here is 
the relevant output from asterisk -cvvvvvvvvv (with tos=lowdelay for 
both sip and iax)

   == Parsing '/raid/etc/asterisk/sip.conf': Found
   == SIP Listening on 195.250.77.70:5060
   == Using TOS bits 16
   == Parsing '/raid/etc/asterisk/sip_notify.conf': Found

   == Parsing '/raid/etc/asterisk/iax.conf': Found
   == Using TOS bits 0
   == Binding IAX2 to '195.250.77.70:4569'
