[Asterisk-Dev] Zaptel DTMF Problem?

I don't think it's got anything to do with Zap - If you call xtn to xtn,
only the party receiving the call can do anything specified in
features.conf:

[featuremap]
blindxfer => #1                ; Blind transfer
disconnect => *0               ; Disconnect
automon => *1                  ; One Touch Record
atxfer => **                   ; Attended transfer

None of them work for the party dialling the call, only the party
receiving the call.
