Well technically, bounty is whatever is agreed to between the parties.
 I would vote that a bounty commonly be known as a contribution
though.  It might be a good idea to put that in the wiki?  Or is it
already?  That way, if there is ever a dispute the term bounty in this
context is in fact defined (unless it's otherwise defined between the
parties which would override that).

If that makes sense...
