So you believe it is alright for someone to wilfully violate the GPL? 
There is nothing difficult about releasing a patch that contains the 
changes he made to get Asterisk to build under Cygwin. It shouldn't take 
weeks and weeks of people asking repeatedly for the code.

This code belongs back in the mainline as another architecture. Same as 
the FreeBSD port.
