[Asterisk-Dev] Use the Meetme application with another module than USB-UHCI

Does somebody know why the ztdummy use the USB-UHCI ?
What functionality of the USB is used ? 
Is it possible to use with another module ?

I'm using the ztdummy just because I would like to use the VOIP function of the Asterisk and using the meetme application and I only have the USB-ohci.
