I'm assuming you are speaking of Integrated Development Environment. If
so, for what language? AGI like CGI is just a way of passing data and
therefore allows you to develop in any language. You will find people
writing apps in perl, php, C, java, python, and any other language that
can speak STDIN and STDOUT or now a open network socket.

Closest you will find to a IDE is a good vimrc or a the equivalent for
emacs.

BTW, this was a -user question, not a -dev question.
