[Asterisk-Dev] Best practices for submitting patches?

 #asterisk-dev was a bit too quiet this weekend, so: How do maintainers
prefer to see patches contributed; documented, diff'ed and submitted one per
specific feature/issue or one per subsystem.

Ie. would you prefer to see a slew of separate patches filed for something
like app_voicemail or one big rollup?
