[Asterisk-Dev] Help for cdr billsec

Hello,

My VoIP environment is SER + Asterisk.
Asterisk is a PSTN GW with TE410P Digium card.

I have enconter a problem about cdr billsec when SER sip user call to
Asterisk PSTN GW(E1 PRI).

This problem is when SER sip user call to GSM Mobile User, and goto
GSM Voicemail announcement, the sip channel will answer the call,
event PRI message still not send Q.931 "connect" message type.
and the CDR will start to count.

In Taiwan GSM billing policy, the Voicemail annoumcement still not
charge. so the PRI Q.931 only send "Connect" message after user hear
"Beep tone" and begin to leave voice.

Does any one have solved this billing issue?
