Yes but slowly, and I've yet to see any implementation of an encrypted BGP 
session or protocol, at all.  There's limited deployment of MD5 Auth, but 
that really has nothing to do with BGP since it actually relies on lower 
level protocol (TCP/IP) to do that for it.
