Probably not, beacouse the guys in Skype are the Kazaa Team and are from 
Europe, The CEO of Skype  Niklas Zennström, is not a good friend of the 
DMCA.

I try to reach Niklas to try to work in the "good" way and avoid the 
dificultis of reverse engineering.
