[Asterisk-Dev] how to initiate an outbound call from ivr through h323channel

dear asterisk-dev,
 				
    Through h323 channel,an h323 client has entered into asterisk ivr succesfully,and then it can be transfered to an iax client.But i don't know how to transfer it through h323 channel to an h323 client.Does some special configurations needed?
