Some T.38 variations might be not that much work to get at 
least the relaying work. I've been investigating some T.38 
problems we're having with some PSTN gateways. I've seen 
that our SIP endpoints send T.38 over UDP which Asterisk 
doesn't seem to like. So some patches to the relaying and 
we'd at least have fax relaying working, which would solve 
part of my Fax problems.
