[Asterisk-Dev] Solaris patch

I've just uploaded a patch to CVS head which allows it to be compiled and
run on Solaris.

I'm currently running it on our production server, running Solaris 9. I'm
using SIP and IAX2 channels without any problems (that I've noticed). I'd
appreciate it if people could test this if they've got a spare Solaris
box lying around...
