[Asterisk-Dev] Voicemail from Mysql code missing?

This is what people get for not using a development server. Asterisk now
uses something called RealTime. It is a method for writing database driven
apps (such as voicemail and sip) using resuable code. Read in
docs/README.extconfig on how to get your voicemail working again with most
recent CVS.
