[Asterisk-Dev] Questions - CallerID

I have a real simple problem my programmer set up our IP-PBX.
Unfortunately when I receive a call, the CallerID it passes is the IP
ADDRESS of the gateway as opposed to the phone number of the inbound
caller.  What am I missing here?

 

Any thoughts
