Would digium accept patches from me which include code which is MBSD 
licensed, but which I have not myself authored?

I'm starting to work on the new jitterbuffer stuff, which I plan on 
implementing in iaxclient first, but which I hope will be very good and 
interesting to asterisk.   The one other free jb implementation is over 
in libspeex, and I figure it might be good to work with them on this.  
If I did, though, the resultant code would be under the XIPH license, 
which is modified-BSD.

With this license, of course, it could be used in GPL derivatives, as 
well as digium-proprietary derivatives.
