Moderate New Subscribers? RE: [Asterisk-Dev] Please some bady help me.

Would it not make sense to perhaps have the moderation bit set by default
for new subscribers? And just enable it after everyones first dev like
post?

The noise is only going to get worse as the install base gets higher.
