[Asterisk-Dev] Configure flash timing

Hello:

I'm having a little issue with three way calling using flash. The 
problem is that sometimes the users try to hangup a call in order to 
place another but instead of hanging up they put the first call on hold 
and so end up wasting a pstn line for some time. I'd like to configure 
asterisk to reduce the time it considers a flash instad of a full hangup.
I've looked into zaptel.h where there are 4 variables that seem related 
to flash; namely:

ZT_EVENT_WINKFLASH 3
ZT_DEFAULT_FLASHTIME    750     /* 750 ms default flash time */
ZT_DEFAULT_PREFLASHTIME 50      /* 50 ms before flash */
ZT_DEFAULT_RXFLASHTIME 1250     /* 1250ms longest rx flash */

I suppose the parameter I should change is "ZT_DEFAULT_FLASHTIME" but I 
didn't find any documentation regarding what this 4 parameters do (there 
is something in the wiki but not very useful)
Is there such documentation? Am I correct regarding to the parameter I 
should change?
