Adnan, 

before somebody else lambasts you, let a fellow countryman give you a
little friendly advice ...

a) don't post twice to the same mailing list, thats RUDE
b) don't post usage related questions to the -dev mailing list
c) if you're a research office, might I introduce you to a great research 
tool at www.google.com and do go visit www.voip-info.org
d) when you do eventually mail -users or ask on #asterisk, it'll help out 
a lot more if you specify what exact problem you're facing as opposed to a 
general plea for help
e) did i mention showing a little prudence before posting off topic mails 
to -dev ? this is the wrong mailing list for such questions
f) you've got reverse signalling from what I can tell with the VERY little 
information you've posted about your problem in this email
