[Asterisk-Dev] Potential debuggin patches for chan_sip.c

Please note that debugging SIP in cvs head has a lot of additions. There's one scheme in
the CVS head chan_sip, another in my chan_sip2. Chan_sip2 adds quite a lot of debugging.
I have not got much feedback on that, if it's good or just a nuisance. That's why I
haven't backported it into chan_sip.

Looking forward to see your suggestions and patches! It's good to know what's going on.
We just have to be careful in what we add on DEBUG logs and various verbose levels.
Also what is included when SIPDEBUG is turned on and what's not.
