[Asterisk-Dev] Help with VOIP phone service provider such as Vonage

There are other services that provide SIP connection.  I think
"IconnectHere" is such a service.  Vonage was very strict about not
providing the SIP connection info - I went through two or three levels of
support before I got the resounding "NO!".
