I'll second the suggestion to use NuFone as their service is great once
you get it going. Only problem is that I do not believe that NuFone
provides Local numbers in markets outside of Michigan. You'll want to ask
Jeremy on that one.
Others have reported good success with Packet 8, although I do not have
any direct experience with them.
