[Asterisk-Dev] stable asterisk crash

I'm running latest v1-0_stable version of asterisk on redhat 9.0. 
When asterisk being idle for some time and then calls comes it exit with code 
0. Modified safe_asterisk catch this code. 
Asterisk started as "/usr/sbin/asterisk -fngvvv"

E.g. When I put two simultaneous calls in the queue dir on console I'm 
getting:

    -- Attempting call on IAX2/bb:bb at 123.124.125.126/11231234123 for 
application Playback(demo-instruct) (Retry 1)
    -- Attempting call on IAX2/bb:bb at 123.124.125.126/11231234123 for 
application Playback(demo-instruct) (Retry 1)

after that asterisk exit. No additional information is available in log files.
I can reproduce the same situation calling with iax softphone.

Can you help me to trace this problem?
