I have an application that gives results by playing back a file generated
by Festival via the "Playback" option. This morning, a Cisco 7960 drops
two segments of speech whereas the same application works fine through an
ATA186. An ethereal trace contains this (.243 is the phone):

... timestamps look odd, like a chap reported yesterday, but then again I
don't know RTP.
