[Asterisk-Dev] PHP AGI - seems to ignore anything but EXEC

Thanks for the quick reply James.

Unfortunately I am already answering the channel - albeit with
extensions.conf before executing the AGI. Since your message though, I have
tried sending the ANSWER through the PHP script instead and that hasn't
really helped - Asterisk is still ignoring half of the commands i'm sending
it.
