Hi (esp Jer)

The README on the new chan_h323 mentions that it requires Open H.323 and 
PWLib Janus (Patch 2). What does this mean, and where do you get it from.

Any reason for chosing this??. I am sorry if it was asked while I was 
sleeping ;-)
