[Asterisk-Dev] sched_settime error?

Check your cpu usage, I usually get these notifications when I am doing 
something like compiling on my dev box. Although I have never had it 
bring about a crash. Typically my audio streams just get choppy. Also, 
you don't need to call sched_settime directly to see this, since base 
functions call this.
